These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Vellorique Financial website and services. By accessing this website, submitting information, or purchasing or using services offered by Vellorique Financial (“Vellorique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
1. SERVICES
Vellorique Financial provides credit education, credit-report review, dispute assistance, and related credit-support services.
Depending upon the service selected, we may assist consumers in understanding information appearing on consumer credit reports and addressing information the consumer believes may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise subject to dispute.
Vellorique Financial is not a credit bureau, lender, creditor, law firm, or financial institution. We are not affiliated with Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or any creditor or lender unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
VELLORIQUE FINANCIAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT OUTCOME.
We do not guarantee:
• The deletion, removal, correction, or modification of any credit-report item.
• That any creditor, furnisher, collection agency, or consumer reporting agency will accept a dispute.
• Any particular increase in a credit score.
• That a credit score will increase at all.
• Approval for a loan, mortgage, credit card, apartment, vehicle, or other product or service.
• Results within a particular period except for obligations expressly stated in a written agreement or required by law.
Results vary because each consumer's credit history and circumstances are different and because decisions made by consumer reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, lenders, and scoring providers are outside our control.
No testimonial, example, advertisement, or prior client result constitutes a promise that another consumer will obtain the same result.
3. ACCURATE INFORMATION
Vellorique Financial does not promise or represent that accurate and current negative information can legally be removed simply because it negatively affects a consumer's credit.
Clients must provide truthful and accurate information.
We will not knowingly assist a client with creating false information, submitting fraudulent documents, falsely claiming identity theft, or knowingly making a false statement to a consumer reporting agency, creditor, lender, or other third party.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate and complete information reasonably necessary to provide the services you request.
You are responsible for reviewing correspondence concerning your credit, providing requested documentation, keeping your contact information current, and informing us of material changes relevant to the services.
You remain responsible for your personal financial decisions and obligations.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
The price, scope of services, payment terms, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed in the applicable service agreement or other documentation provided to the consumer.
Vellorique Financial will collect fees only as permitted by applicable federal and state law.
Nothing on this website authorizes Vellorique Financial to collect an advance payment when applicable law prohibits such collection.
Federal CROA prohibits covered credit-repair organizations from demanding advance payment and imposes specific written-contract requirements. Federal Trade Commission
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Except where cancellation, refund, or other remedies are required by applicable law, payments lawfully collected for services that have already been fully and properly performed are non-refundable.
A consumer's dissatisfaction with a credit score, failure to obtain a deletion, creditor or credit-bureau decision, failure to obtain financing, or failure to achieve another desired outcome does not, by itself, entitle the consumer to a refund for services properly performed.
However, this refund policy does not override federal or state consumer-protection rights.
Where the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act applies, consumers have the right to cancel a covered contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing the contract. Covered organizations also have specific contract and cancellation-notice requirements. Federal Trade Commission
Any other cancellation or refund rights required by the consumer's applicable state law will also be honored.
7. THIRD-PARTY DECISIONS
Vellorique Financial does not control decisions made by consumer reporting agencies, creditors, lenders, debt collectors, furnishers, scoring providers, or other third parties.
Those organizations independently determine whether information will be verified, corrected, updated, deleted, or otherwise modified.
Vellorique Financial is not responsible for a third party's independent decision except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. NO LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Information provided through this website is for informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Vellorique Financial is not a law firm and does not establish an attorney-client relationship through its website or services.
Consumers requiring professional advice should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information, you authorize Vellorique Financial to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, account, or requested services through permitted communication methods.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services where prohibited by law.

15. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate rights granted to consumers under applicable federal or state law.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable consumer-protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will control.

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to applicable federal law and any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or applicable requirements change.
